T3 Therapy to Thrive is an initiative under H2H Hearts 2 Honduras. Our mission is to provide rehabilitative support to malnourished and disable children residing at the Nutrition Center in El Progresso, Honduras through caregiver education, speciality trainings, and fundraising to support the cost of medical procedures and supplies for the children in need.
